We cannot guarantee that every module is readable or that all engine versions of your vehicle are covered by a purchased program. We also cannot guarantee that all functions are available in every ISTA update. In some cases, this is impossible and lies outside our area of influence.

Please note: Not all vehicles/motorcycles are covered by the Standalone software. Most motorcycles can only be serviced online when the Standalone software is connected to the BMW server. In this case, an alternative program may be required, the cost of which is to be borne by the buyer.

For a diagnostic installation (PSdZData Lite, approx. 150–160 GB), you should plan for 256–300 GB of free storage space. For a full installation including PSdZData Full (approx. 490 GB), we recommend an SSD with at least 1 TB of storage.
Actual storage requirements may vary.
10. Are future updates included?
No. The purchase includes the offered version 4.62.20 including PSdZData Full 4.62.21. Future versions are not automatically included.
11. Is there support for installation problems?

A full remote installation is optionally available as a paid service.
12. Are E, F, and G vehicle platforms supported?
